Join us for the 11th Annual Curry/Bower Exhibition, now on display right here at Bower Center for The Arts! Running until March 29th, this annual exhibit is an all-media judged exhibit to honor Edna Curry and Dr. John Bower, Bower Center's primary benefactors.
You'll find a variety of pieces and art mediums as you browse our Braaten & Terrace Galleries and hallways. There are 164 artworks by 59 artists (from VA, NC, IL and MN) in the Adult Division in the Sara Braaten Gallery/Lobby, Terrace Gallery/Lobby and main entrance lobby. The Youth Division showcases 26 artworks by 9 area students and can be found in Art Around the Corner off the Sara Braaten Lobby.
Make your plans to join us for the Awards Reception on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5-7pm as we announce this year's winners and celebrate the artists involved in this exhibition.
